The development and production of complex geometries with absolute dimensional accuracy and convincing surface quality are fundamental requirements for the production of high-quality injection-molded articles. Innovation and the continuous development of our injection molding tools ensure a smooth entry into series production and ensure a trouble-free and stable production process and the resulting high-quality injection molded parts.

Manufacturing: Conventional injection molding, gas injection technology, metal-plastic hybrid components, integrated quality control, multi-component injection molding, variothermal processes and surface finishing;

Processed materials (thermoplastics): Standard plastics, high-performance plastics and technical plastics.

Machinery: Over 70 machines with clamping forces from 250 kN to 13,000 kN and fully automatic removal and robot systems.

Assembly: Fully automated assembly of large series and semi-automated assembly of small series.
